SB 999 -- DECEPTIVE USE OF A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION'S NAME

Currently, only the financial institution whose name is
deceptively used may bring a civil action.  This bill allows the
Attorney General to also bring a civil action for unlawful
merchandising practices when this occurs.
